1. The latest price lists are downloadable from this website and supersede all previous 'In Bond Trade' and 'Ex Cellars' lists.

2. All wine prices (In Bond (£)) are quoted under bond per case of twelve bottles exclusive of VAT & exise duty, unless otherwise stated.

3. All Ex Cellars prices are quoted in €. Prices are per 75cl bottle, unless otherwise stated.

4. The minimum order from UK 'In Bond' stock is SIX dozen unbroken cases, which may be assorted.

5. The minimum order 'Ex Cellars' is thirty dozen unbroken cases from one producer which may be assorted, however smaller orders can sometimes be groupaged.

6. If you require samples, these maybe charged at cost.

7. Payment terms for 'Under Bond' orders are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

8. Payment terms for 'Ex Cellars' orders are strictly 60 days from date of invoice.

9. All goods remain the property of the supplier. E & OE.

10. All offers are subject to availability.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to these terms and conditions and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction.
